While I am waiting for the temperature of the water to get to 10°C. (50°F.), the lowest temp. for newbies like me to go sailing in I am told, I will sum up my experience, or lack of, kayak wise:
In 2010 I took the EPP2 and logged about 75 km. (46 M.).
In 2011 I logged about 150 km. (93 M.) and trained some wet exits, buddy rescues, balance etc.. I also attended a first aid course lasting 15 hours.
So, all in all, I have learned some basics and that is all, but I have plans yes, yes. More about that later.
